(KSL News) -- One of the men at the center of the Kiplyn Davis investigation will stand trial in October.

Chris Jeppson entered not guilty pleas today to federal charges of perjury and making false statements.

Jeppson was a classmate of Kiplyn Davis when she disappeared eleven years ago.

Jeppson, along with Rucker Leifson and Timmy Olsen, will face perjury trials in the next several months. Only Timmy Olsen has been charged with Kiplyn's murder.

Her body has still not been found.
