(KSL News) -- A 3-year-old boy was critically injured tonight in St. George.
He was at the Deseret Industries store. A television set fell off of a shopping cart and landed on top of the little boy.
He was unresponsive at the scene, and rushed to a hospital.
His name has not been released and investigators are trying to determine just how the accident happened.
