(KSL News) -- A crash on Layton's Antelope Drive caused power outages this morning in Davis County.

Layton Police say a teenager delivering newspapers hit an electrical pole with his car just before 6:00 this morning.

Officers say the driver fell asleep at the wheel right before he hit the pole on Fort Lane.

The downed power lines caused outages for a few hours in Layton.

Police say they were able to clear the wreckage quickly, and the driver was not injured.
