Grain mostly higher, livestock lower

CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were mostly higher Tuesday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for May delivery rose 23 cents to $7.0175 a bushel; May corn was .75 cent higher at 5.0375 a bushel; May oats were 4.50 cents lower at $3.99 a bushel; while May soybeans advanced 25 cents to $15.0125 a bushel.

Beef and pork were lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

June live cattle fell .48 cent to $1.3542 a pound; May feeder cattle was .65 cent lower at $1.7977 a pound; while June lean hogs fell .13 cent to $1.2252 a pound.
