TYSONS CORNER, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Apr 14, 2014--Cardinal Bank (NASDAQ: CFNL) is pleased to announce the promotion of Jeffrey D. McMillan to Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and Payroll Manager, Banking Officer. McMillan will oversee the payroll administration for Cardinal Financial Corporation and its subsidiaries.

A seasoned human resource professional with 15 years of payroll management experience, McMillan joined the Human Resource division in 2012 as Payroll Analyst. His new position will take full advantage of his technical expertise and supervisory experience.

A Northern Virginia resident for almost a decade, McMillan has a degree in Business Administration and holds several memberships and certifications in the human resource field. In the community, McMillan volunteers at Reston Interfaith.
