INDIANAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Apr 14, 2014--Family-owned and Indiana-based Salin Bank is proud to announce a partnership with the Alliance One ATM Network. By joining Alliance One, Salin Bank becomes part of a nationwide group offering surcharge-free ATM access to their cardholders. Salin Bank customers will now enjoy more access to ATMs with no foreign ATM fees.

Beginning today, Salin Bank’s 23 ATMs will join more than 850 Indiana-based ATMs within the network. Alliance One is one of the nation’s largest selective surcharge-free ATM groups comprised of financial institutions that have joined together to provide their cardholders access to a nationwide alliance of surcharge free ATMs. Salin Bank’s customers will have the opportunity to avoid the foreign surcharges - usually $3 or more per transaction - that are often assessed when a cardholder uses an ATM owned by another financial institution.

“Salin Bank customers can find out if an ATM is part of the Alliance One network, by looking for the blue and white Alliance One logo on an ATM,” said Robin Walker, Executive Vice President, Director of Administration and Retail Banking. “Our customers can also search for participating Alliance One ATMs anytime by visiting Salin Bank’s Website, www.allianceone.coop, or search for Alliance One at your favorite app store,” Walker said.

About Alliance One

Alliance One, founded in 1998, is a nationwide cooperative group of credit unions, community banks and thrifts that have joined forces to let their cardholders access each other’s ATMs without having to pay ATM surcharge fees. This cooperative spirit gives financial institutions around the country more convenient ATMs to choose from, and leaves that extra $2.00-3.00 where it should be - in the cardholder’s account. Alliance One is powered by Corporate One Federal Credit Union of Columbus, Ohio ( www.corporateone.coop ).
