WASHINGTON DC — The updated Army Regulation 670-1 was approved by Army Secretary John McHugh on March 6th and the new regulations were publiShed on March 18 via Facebook.
Among the new changes, many additional tattoo rules were implemented and new policies on issues including fingernail polish and general uniform wear.
