CCA Global Expo Kicks Off with Fighting Words
SAN ANTONIO, March 27, 2014 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- CCA Global
Expo -- Competitive Carriers Association's Global Expo kicked off
today, with keynote remarks from Masayoshi Son, founder and chairman
of Softbank and chairman of Sprint. During his address, Masayoshi Son
outlined Sprint's strong commitment to working collaboratively with
CCA's membership to gain access to LTE devices and LTE coverage.
Because Sprint and the CCA membership have complementary coverage
areas, this new partnership will create a new national alternative to
the largest carriers. During his remarks, Masayoshi Son committed
financial resources to CCA carrier members who wish to build out their
LTE mobile broadband capabilities.
Drawing on his personal story, Masayoshi Son emphasized his belief
that all Americans should have equal opportunities and access. He
ended his remarks by asking CCA members to join him and "fight back
against the duopoly to make that happen."

than ever before," said Steven K. Berry, CCA's president and CEO.
