(KSL News) -- A member of the Kingston polygamist clan has filed a lawsuit against three relatives, claiming they sexually abused her as a child.
Krista Nelson is seeking close to 12-million dollars in damages for physical, psychological, mental and emotional injuries.
She claims an uncle, an aunt and sister abused her more than a decade ago when they were all children. All three have since left the polygamous group.
Attorneys for the accused say the suit has been brought in retaliation for leaving.
