CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were higher Tuesday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.
Wheat for May delivery was 4.50 cents higher at 6.79 a bushel; May corn was 3.50 cents higher at 4.8250 a bushel; May oats were unchanged at 4.5750 a bushel; while May soybeans was 26.25 cents higher at 14.18 a bushel.
Beef mixed and pork was higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
June live cattle was .10 cent higher at $1.3807 a pound; May feeder cattle was .10 cents lower at 1.7870 a pound; June lean hogs gained 1.23 cent to $1.3200 a pound.
