HUTCHINSON, Kansas (March 21, 2008) - Salt Lake Community College Men's Basketball team defeated Three Rivers Community College 68-50 to advance to the NJCAA National Championship game. Salt Lake (32-3) will play South Plains College (TX) in the National Championship game on Saturday March 22 at 7 pm (MT).
Salt Lake CC had an eleven point lead at half time and extended the lead to as much as 16. Sophomore Brian Green hit six three pointers to lead Salt Lake with 21 points.
