In addition, she helped in the manhunt for Osama Bin Laden and Ramzi Yousef after the 1993 World Trade Center bombing. White suggests that it took a lot of good luck to finally capture Yousef in 1995. She praises the 4,000 employees of the SEC, and says the mission of the SEC is to protect capital markets and investors.
