PROVIDENCE, R.I. (AP) — Tyler Melville scored 23 points and Connor Boehm added 22 as Dartmouth made 6 of 8 free throws in the final 16 seconds to upset Brown 75-68 on Friday night.

The Big Green (11-16, 4-9 Ivy League) had an eight-point lead with 6:40 and came up with a clutch play every time the Bears (15-12, 7-6) got close.

Alex Mitola added 17 points for Dartmouth, which finished 19 of 30 from the foul line.

Leland King led Brown with 18 points, but he only had six in the second half, and Sean McGonagill had 16 with 10 rebounds before fouling out. The Bears were only 9 of 17 from the foul line.

The game was tied 34-34 at the half. Brown took a 47-44 lead on McGonagill's 3 at 14:53 but the Big Green responded with a quick basket and John Golden's free throws at 14:05 put them up.
