Washington National Cathedral and the Office of Tibet will welcome the Dalai Lama. 9:30 a.m. (Note: there is a planned protest opposite the Cathedral starting at 7a)

Economic Reports: International trade data for January 8:30a; employment data for February 8:30a; consumer credit data for January 3 p.m.
