First-Ever Tattoo Exhibition to Feature at 2014 BIG Industry Show and
US Cannabis Cup
DENVER, March 6, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- According to new data from the
Pew Research Center, Americans spend $1.65 billion on tattoos every
year. The research coincides with the news that the combined BIG
Industry Show and High Times US Cannabis Cup 2014 event in Denver,
Colorado this April will feature a tattoo exhibition as part of its
celebration of all aspects of the 420 lifestyle.

The event runs from April 16 thru 20, beginning with the two-day BIG
Industry Show - the 420 lifestyle's leading business-to-business
event. The Galleria glass exhibition will follow on April 18,
celebrating the work of glass-blowing artists at the forefront of the
industry and open to the public for the first time. The event will
conclude with the two-day US Cannabis Cup on April 19 and 20.
The latest announcement from the event's organisers confirms rumours
that tattooing will be available at the BIG Industry Show and US
Cannabis Cup for the first time. Based on the Pew Research Center's
finding that 45 million Americans have at least one tattoo, the new
exhibition and tattooing service will be a major draw for attendees.
In recognition of the fact that 49% of people see the reputation of
the tattoo artist or studio as the most important factor when
considering getting a tattoo, the show will include only the best of
the industry's artists. These will form the "Hustle Row" of celebrated
tattooists, including BJ Betts, John Anderton, Forrest, Johnny Smith,
Craig Foster, Daniel Walker, El Whyner, Cesar Morales, Karl Berringer,
Garrett Harper, Aimee Cornwell and Old Larimer St Tattoo.
As the world's premier event for the 420 lifestyle, this year's show
has moved to the Denver Mart exhibition center, in recognition of the
massive increase in delegates that the 2014 event has attracted. More
than 30,000 people are expected to join the event, which celebrates
all aspects of the lifestyle and related pursuits. This includes a
hugely diverse mix of exhibitors, with products ranging from seeds to
apparel to smoking products.
For those looking to get tattooed at the event, the sector's premier
artists will be available, exhibiting their designs and providing
consultations and tattooing services to attendees. The initiative is
representative of the cutting-edge approach that the BIG Industry
Show, Galleria and the US Cannabis Cup have taken in previous years.
Each year's event has built on the success of the previous year, while
surpassing it in terms of innovation and the range of products,
activities and exhibitors available.
Only a few tickets remain available for the 2014 event, so those
wishing to attend are encouraged to book their places as soon as
possible to avoid disappointment.
