House Small Business hearing on ObamaCare and the Self-Employed: What About Us?. 10 a.m.

House Armed Services fy 2015 Defense budget hearing with Chairman Dempsey, JCS; Defense Secretary Hagel. 9:30 a.m.

Rally to protest Russian President Putin's "invasion of Ukraine and aggression in the region." (Outside the WH) 1 p.m.

Economic Reports: Weekly jobless claims 8:30 a.m.; fourth-quarter productivity data 8:30 a.m.; factory orders for January 10 a.m.; Freddie Mac weekly mortgage rates 10 a.m.
