NEW ORLEANS (AP) — Ebony Rowe scored 24 points and grabbed 14 rebounds as No. 22 Middle Tennessee delivered coach Rick Insell his 1,000th career win, knocking off Tulane 64-52 in the regular season finale Wednesday night.

Middle Tennessee (26-4, 15-1) now has seven straight wins and has won 25 of its past 26 games. The Blue Raiders clinched the Conference USA regular season title, and the No. 1 seed going into the conference tournament, by beating Alabama-Birmingham Saturday.

Tulane (20-9, 11-5) led early, but the Blue Raiders took the lead on Caroline Warden's 3-pointer with 10:14 left, sparking a 10-2 run that put Middle Tennessee ahead for good.

Rowe was 7 of 16 from the field, but 10-for-10 from the line. Her 14 rebounds were evenly divided, with seven offensive boards and seven off the defensive glass.

Danielle Blagg finished with 18 points to lead Tulane, with Chinwe Duru adding 10 points.
