SALT LAKE CITY — The Metro Gang Unit is seeking help to locate a 22-year-old they have named Public Enemy No. 1.

Rodrigo Scott Burquez is wanted for a robbery and 13 counts of aggravated assault, according to investigators. They said he is a member of a violent gang who has previously been arrested for aggravated assault, aggravated robbery and alcohol violations.

He was carrying a gun during the robbery and assaults and should be considered armed and dangerous, police said.

Investigators described Burquez as being 5 feet 3 inches tall and 135 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes, with "CHS" tattooed on his chin and "SL" tattooed on his left cheek.

Burquez also goes by the names "Rico" and "Lil Rico," they said.

People with information about Burquez's location can contact the Metro Gang Unit at 801-743-7000. If the tip leads to his arrest, police said the informant may be eligible for a cash reward. They said the call will remain anonymous.
