(KSL News) -- Someone started a fire that's burning tonight at Smith Mesa in Washington County.
It started this afternoon and has burned almost 700 acres.
Firefighters with engines and air tankers are battling the fire and saved two buildings.
It's burning close to the Mesa Test Track where rocket sleds have reached speeds of more than 750 miles an hour. Crews are trying to protect structures at the site.
