LOUISVILLE, Colo. — A 15-year-old girl from Colorado who ran away and was reported missing after a single-vehicle crash has been found safe in Utah.

Louisville police spokesman Bill Kingston said Tuesday that Rachel Gooding-Lord was found safe in Cedar City after she got off a bus.

Kingston said the girl's parents reported the girl and vehicle missing and their van was later found wrecked on Interstate-70 west of Denver. The girl boarded a bus in Frisco, Colo., and she was later tracked down by authorities.

Kingston said no charges have been filed because the girl ran away from home.
