SALT LAKE CITY — It's a bit of a holiday tradition, the Feast with the Beast, at the Hogle Zoo.
For nearly 20 years, zookeepers have been feeding animals Thanksgiving-themed meals, to the delight of the crowd. And this year, thanks to warmer temperatures, those crowds were much larger than usual.
Zookeepers say the Feast with the Beast isn't just for the crowds, they do it for the animals as well, as a means of keeping them active and engaged.
