(KSL News) -- So Mexico's President Fox can address the legislature, the Governor called a special session.

After Fox speaks, Governor Huntsman will use the opportunity to address some unfinished issues from the regular session.

He says the restoration of Medicaid dental benefits is priority one.

Other items include technical issues, mainly involving transportation funding and an allocation of $15 million for a Capitol parking garage.
