Investigators say the car was going more than 90 miles an hour when it hit a dip in the road and rolled several times. The 16-year-old boy and the 14-year-old girl inside were both ejected.
The 14-year-old, Hope Mikesell, was pronounced dead at the hospital. The 16-year-old was injured but survived.

The car had been reported stolen out of St. George on the previous Monday. The Washington County Attorney's Office is reviewing the case and will decide if charges will be filed.
