(KSL News) Prosecutors have charged two men in a fatal shooting at a party near the University of Utah this weekend.
Michael Rix is charged with murder, and Theophales Kur is charged with possession of a firearm by a restricted person.
Court documents say Rix hit Robert Ramirez several times and then shot him in the back.
