Elizabeth suffered from Bulemia for a decade.

"I was so terrified of putting on 15 to 20 pounds that I would have rather died than let that happen."

She credits Food Addicts Anonymous for saving her life. She joined in Boston over two years ago, but has since moved to Utah and started her own local chapter.

"I used to think, 'If there was an AA program for food, that would be really cool.' But it really works."

Elizabeth says the meetings are open to anyone who has a hard time controlling the way they eat.
