MILLCREEK — A car ended up off the side of a parking structure Saturday night after a driver miscalculated and drove off the edge.
Saturday night, a man was attempting to park his car on the top of a two-story parking structure at 3900 South and 700 East. Unified police said he pressed the gas pedal instead of the brake pedal, driving his car through the metal railing and down onto the ground level.
The driver was uninjured in the crash.
Crews worked to remove the car, which had landed on its front bumper, with its rear end resting on the second tier of the structure, blocking an entrance to the structure.
Police did not believe alcohol was a factor.
