(KSL News) President Bush e-mailed his $3-trillion budget proposal, so the government can save money.
The President says his "e-budget" to Congress calls for higher military spending, protection for his tax cuts, and trims funding from Medicare and Medicaid.
The President is projecting a surplus in four years and say this budget will keep the economy growing.
Democrats joked President Bush did not print copies of the proposal because, their words, "he ran out of red ink."
