(KSL News) -- Prosecutors have charged a Midvale woman with using a stolen identity to deliver her baby.

Prosecutors say Dorthy Moran gave the hospital a stolen drivers license. She delivered her baby under that name, then abandoned the infant.

Multiple Charges for Woman Involved in Abandoned Baby, ID Theft Case

Doctors found traces of meth in the baby's system. The infant is now in foster care.

Moran faces multiple felony charges, including identity theft, and theft by deception.
