Donna Chipman says they will live with neighbors, but have no idea what to do because they still owe money on the house.

"This is my yard, and it used to be level. Now we have a three foot terrace in here, which was a bit unexpected."
Donna Chipman takes a short break from packing to give me a tour. In just two weeks the backyard has completely separated from the back of the house and now nothing is holding up the home.
"The city's not sure if it's safe. And just until we know what's going or if we can even fix it, we don't know, they just want us out of the house."
Chipman says they don't really know what to do, they'll move across the street for two weeks, then to another neighbors house for a few weeks as the home slides away.
