Sandra Yi and Jon Dunn ReportingShe tried to run down her husband and plowed her SUV through an office building. Now the woman behind the wheel is back in jail.

Brenda White made a court appearance this morning and she may be in more legal trouble. She had bailed out of jail, but she was arrested again, this time accused of violating a protective order filed by her husband, Jon.

Jon White: "At this time I'm just directing everything through my attorney."

Jon White relied on crutches to make his way through the Matheson Courthouse. He didn't say much, but when asked about his leg, he replied, "It's still there."

White filed a protective order against his wife Brenda after she tried to run him down with her car. Surveillance video shows her plowing her SUV through an office building, hitting him, then backing up, police say to try and hit him again.

Her attorney says she's sorry for what she did. He says White is being evaluated.

Jason Schatz, Defense Attorney: "The question is, does she fully comprehend what's happened up to this point? And I think, from anyone's perspective, we're certainly thankful that it wasn't more serious than it turned out to be."

White is now accused of violating the protective order. Prosecutors say she waved to her two daughters as she drove by her sister-in-law's home. They say she also called the house. Her attorney says, the protective order doesn't keep her from doing that.

Jason Schatz: "She's a mother. These two girls have been her life since they've been born. She misses them very much. She hasn't seen them since the day of this incident."

But the judge told White to stay away from her husband and his family. White, who appeared in court on video, looked upset, but said she understood.

Mary Corporon, Jon White's Attorney: "I would say we're going to put our faith in the system and allow the system to take its course."

Brenda White is charged with attempted murder and criminal mischief. Prosecutors have until tomorrow to file any new charges related to that protective order.
