LEHI — A man has only minor injuries after rolling his car off the freeway Friday morning and landing in a tree.
A man driving a Mazda Miata on I-15 at milepost 281 in Lehi was cut off by a semitrailer at about 10:40 a.m., according to the Utah Department of Public Safety. The Mazda went off the west shoulder of the freeway, rolled down the embankment and landed in a tree.
The driver of the semi did not stop, according to police. The Mazda driver, about 71 years old, was taken to an area hospital with minor injuries.
