Is Facebook a helpful thing or a hurtful thing? The down side of technology is that some tend to use it to perpetuate the negative. It is a communication tool, a social networking tool which is as effective as we are ourselves. We can only be as healthy on Facebook as we are in person. In face to face communication we get immediate feed back. We can get a sense of, "Am I off?" When using technology we need to think about the other person. Remember the power of permanency. Once it is on the Web it will always be there. Use your technology wisely. It's the people and relationships that matter most.
