Paul Nelson, KSL NewsradioAn older survey told us Salt Lake City was the vainest city in the country. Now a new one says we're one of the most lustful cities, too.

Forbes Magazine listed the 10 most lustful cities in the country. Salt Lake City is number five. This guy says he believes it.

He said, "I lust. I'm terrible that way."

I responded, "So, apparently they chatted with you?"

He said, "They must have."

Actually, they based it on per-capita sales of over-the-counter birth control. According to Forbes, Salt Lake City men buy 95 percent more than the national average, and the ladies are buying 186 percent more.

One woman said, "It seems more family oriented, and things like that, for it to be a lustful type of city."

But some people question this survey, saying it doesn't prove lust at all.

One man said, "There are a lot of people that want to take good care of their health. Usually, those are items that [people buy when] they're worried about their health."

There are actually 12 cities in Forbes top 10 list, with Denver being ranked as number one. San Antonio, Portland, Oregon, and Seattle round out the rest of the top five.
