This is Fred Ball for Zions Bank, speaking on business.
Did you know that it's possible for teams or organizations to apply FranklinCovey productivity concepts entirely online? A Salt Lake City company, COMPLETExRM, has partnered with FranklinCovey to develop and deliver a Web-based program that is now making applications available to businesses in more than 30 countries worldwide.
The company was founded in 2006 by Mike Morgan and Keith Norris. They came from a real estate background, having a keen understanding of the need for detailed business processes to manage complex customer transactions in their specialized field.
With this knowledge, they set out to find a solution that focused on automating and managing working relationships, not only with company's employees, but with mortgage officers, realtors, buyers and others involved in a real estate transaction.
At the time, the founders realized that contact management software could not do what they required. The only workable solutions they could find among current offerings would cost tens of thousands of dollars to implement.
COMPLETExRM realized that the market needed a solution that would allow companies to manage the dynamic nature of transactions and associated business processes. Basically, they wanted a product that could manage the relationships within and around dynamic processes — regardless of data, devices, customers or partnerships.
Recognizing that an affordable solution did not exist in the marketplace, the founders decided to create a technology foundation that leverages basic relationship management services, while allowing businesses to customize and extend the product to solve their unique, business problems.
The CxRM Foundation from COMPLETExRM allows companies to intertwine people, time and resources. The product can easily be customized to enable any business process customers need.
For Zions Bank, I'm Fred Ball. I'm speaking on business.
