SALT LAKE CITY — In a marketing campaign by Pepsi, NASCAR driver Jeff Gordon managed to prank a car salesman while disguising his identity. The video was posted Tuesday and has since gone viral.

Wearing a fake beard and moustache, Gordon finds a salesman, Steve, who is looking for the opportunity to sell a car. Selecting a Chevrolet Camaro to test drive, Gordon stumbles at first as he pretends to have trouble with the car. "It's a little more than I'm used to," he says.

"It's got some power, so just get a feel for it," Steve replies.

However, Gordon quickly "learns" the controls and the car's overall power, taking Steve for a wild ride.

"You are liable for any damages done to this vehicle, so please stop the car or at least slow down," Steve pleads.

Gordon doesn't let up, taking Steve for a scary ride — or at least it's scary to Steve.

"Are you all right there, Steve?" Gordon asks.

"You're an idiot, I'm going to kill you!" Steve replies, angrily.

Eventually Gordon returns the car to the relief of Steve, who threatens to call the police. Gordon holds him back and reveals his identity, upon which Steve asks if they could do it again.

Maybe Steve will calm down on the second test drive knowing he's in the hands of a trained professional.

Laettner buzzer-beater replica

Everyone remembers the last-second play from Duke's Grant Hill to Christian Laettner in the 1992 NCAA Tournament to beat Kentucky. It's one of the most memorable moments in college basketball history, and is played several times during the month of March.

Now, a Michigan high school basketball team can claim its own version of the miraculous shot, performing a near identical version of the play.

Down two points, the ball is heaved from the opposing basket to a teammate who scores the game-tying basket. It's a beautiful play that worked perfectly.
