(KSL News) -- Police have identified a murder victim from over the weekend.
23-year-old Tommy Donguyen was found unconcious late Saturday night in a parking lot near 29th south and 9th west. He died a few hours later at a hospital.
Donguyen has a criminal past and is a known gang member.
