A Best Buy employee noticed 21-year-old Ty Judkins unwrapping CDs and video games and putting them in his bag. Judkins bolted but was picked up by police two blocks away.
Once seated in the back of the patrol car, Judkins pleaded for the police officer not to strip search him. So, what did the officer do? Well, he searched him, finding a syringe and two balloons filled with heroine.
