Fiona has been in the meeting and incentive business for 16 years, working with some of the top Fortune 500 companies, setting up incentive trips and events around the world. After being in the business for so long, Fiona was thrilled to see Utah attract some additional 5-star rated hotels to add to Stein Erikson, like the St. Regis and Montage, so business travel will have more choices.
She likes to support local business in this thriving industry, and she likes to support woman-owned companies when she can. So, with all this experience in the business of meetings and incentives, Fiona created her own software system, VIPER. It quickly caught on as to the value of what necessity helped her create.
She sold her destination management business so she could focus her efforts on promoting and selling this remarkable events resource software system that helps people in her line of work get organized and stay relevant in the digital business. And VIPER is taking off. In just a short period of time she and her husband, Jeffrey, who is her right hand guy, are projecting VIPER will hit $5 million this year.
Along for this exciting ride is their 10 full time employees and the seven independent satellite contractors, and VIPER is still growing. They're developing this automation software for meetings and incentives companies with international growth. It's now found in 40 countries.
This was a big step to sell her other business and focus on VIPER, but as she likes to say "make the leap and the net will be there."
