Andrew Spencer, KSL NewsradioChristmas is only five days away, and there are still people in need.
The Salvation Army is reaching out to one little boy. Major Laura Sullivan says, "The family, there's two little girls, and boy all sleep in the same room, they don't have much."
And all he wants for Christmas is a bedspread. Sullivan explains, "He has like a girly, flowered bedspread, and all he wants is a comforter that is a boy comforter."
Sullivan says the Salvation Army is a little short on funds this year, but there's never a shortage of caring hearts. "The workers we have gotten, the volunteers we have gotten have just been absolutely fantastic."
