This is Fred Ball for Zions Bank, speaking on business.
One of the worst feelings in the world comes from being involved in an automobile accident. Even if it is just a fender bender, you get that sinking feeling in your stomach and think, "Oh no! How much is this going to cost me and how long am I going to be without my car?"
Those feelings won't be quite so bad if you are familiar with the operations of B & B Auto Body & Paint, Inc. in Salt Lake City. The business has a great reputation for its customer service, honesty, quality and guaranteed repairs.
Johnny Byrd founded B & B Auto Body & Paint, Inc. in 1982 to do custom work. However, over the years the business evolved to become one of the largest independent collision repair facilities in the state. Despite a long-time friendship with Johnny, it wasn't until eight years ago that Brandon Gee came to work at the shop. When Johnny decided to retire, Brandon took over the business and has been running it Johnny's way ever since.
Brandon says the shop is a collision repair facility, repairing vehicles for all insurance companies and their mutual customers. They are also set up to repair motor coaches and RVs. Upon request, they can do custom paint jobs, but their specialty lies in collision repair. They even have their own mechanic who can also perform routine maintenance on a car including brake work and alignments.
Repeat customers make up a major portion of the business. Every vehicle that leaves the shop is a reflection on the business, so Brandon says their level of customer service is high. All cars repaired at B & B are also washed top to bottom, vacuumed out and have the tires shined.
This year B & B Auto Body is celebrating its 25th anniversary. Brandon and his staff plan to keep offering the same high-quality service and repairs that have characterized the business for the last quarter century.
For Zions Bank, I'm Fred Ball. I'm speaking on business.
