LEEDS, Utah (AP) -- Qwest Communications has restored 911 calls and long-distance service to the community of Leeds in Washington County.
Service was down for about two hours.
Qwest spokesman Gary Younger says a cable was cut around 11:30 a.m., causing the interruption of service.
