BOUNTIFUL, Utah (AP) -- City employees in Bountiful can now smoke or chew tobacco during certain situations at work.
The new policy allows an employee to smoke or chew tobacco in vehicles not intended for public use, when the employee is alone, and when the employee is outside on city property and nobody else is within 50 feet.
The city has 180 full-time employees.
