EMERY COUNTY — Police are looking for a man who has not been seen in a week.

Matthew Alan Larsen, 25, was last seen on Dec. 15, headed for the foothills above Orangeville, near the Castle Dale area, by himself, Emery County Sheriff's Office reported Saturday.

A family member called police when Larsen didn't return last weekend. Saturday, search dogs looked for him until nightfall. Police will continue the search Sunday.

Larsen is described as 6-feet 2-inches tall, with brown hair and hazel eyes.

Anyone with information about Larsen or his whereabouts are asked to call the Sheriff's office at 435-381-2404 or directly contact Det. John Barnett at 435-609-9883.
