BOISE, Idaho (AP) -- The Albertsons supermarket chain announced a voluntary recall of its in-house brand of bean soup mix from shelves in parts of Idaho, Utah, Montana and other Western states.
The product recall includes all of its 20-ounce Albertsons 16-Bean Soup Mix with the UPC number 41163-48496. It's believed the product was contaminated with glass.
The bean soup mix was sold at Albertsons stores in Idaho, Utah and Montana; and stores in Elko, Nev.; Rock Springs and Jackson, Wyo.; Williston and Dickinson, N.D.; and Ontario, Ore.
Customers who have purchased the affected product should bring the product back to an Albertsons store for a refund or exchange.
