Just type in performance.utah.gov and you'll get more than you ever wanted to know at "Utah Performance Elevated."

Here it says the corrections department shoots for 10 percent of the prison population testing positive for drugs. In July, it was a smidge above that.

Gov. Jon Huntsman says there are grades, all geared toward the bottom line. "That is the benchmark that I analyze myself and state government by, and I thought it would be good to share it with the rest of the state," he said.

Huntsman says people will be accountable.
