KSL News) Police have finally caught up with the man who stole a gun from a Taylorsville gun shop this week.
They arrested Paul David Grover late last night at a home in West Jordan.
They were able to make the arrest peacefully, but he tried to make a run for it when they began to take him to jail.
He didn't get far wearing handcuffs.
Grover was booked into jail for theft of a firearm, felony fleeing, and attempted escape.
