(KSL News) -- Clearfield police officers arrested a Davis County Sheriff's deputy in connection to a sexual abuse case.
Police suspect the deputy sexually assaulted the same young girl in Clearfield and Clinton. Deputy Matthew Allen is now behind bars in Weber County.
They say the victim was close to Allen's family.
Authorities charged him with forcible sexual abuse and lewdness in front of a child.
