(KSL News) The battle over the new location of Sugar House's Blue Boutique moves to City Hall tonight.
Parents and neighbors from both sides will present a signed petition and comments about the pros and cons of the controversial business' new location. Council members will hear all arguments and opinions from the city attorney.
Blue Boutique was forced to move from its original location on 1100 East and 2100 South because of a redevelopment project. Now it's set to open the doors of its new store just a few blocks east on 1400 East.
Those against the boutique's new location complain it's too close to a residential area where children play.
