Man Charged in Death of Teen Who Fell Down Stairs

(KSL News) Police arrested 47-year-old Victor Hernandez in connection with the death of a teen who died after falling down a stairwell while intoxicated.

Witnesses say Hernandez gave 16-year-old Dillon Whitney alcohol before he fell down a flight of stairs. Whitney was taken to the hospital where he died.

Hernandez has been charged with negligent homicide, obstructing justice, supplying alcohol to a minor and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
