Ahhh - back to work after a lovely long weekend. Hope all of you had a warm holiday weekend.
Tim Hughes filled in for Grant this morning. Tim is such a great guy and has just gotten back from an 11 day trip to China. Tim is preparing to call the boxing matches in the 2008 Summer Games in Beijing. He is also one of three finalists being considered to announce the opening and closing ceremonies. Tim is such an amazing guy.
Speaking of amazing guys, Tim and I both enjoyed Lee Benson's column this morning in the Deseret Morning News about Dick Nourse's final week on KSL Channel 5. Lee talks about how it will be hard to live without our anchor, how Dick has looked 45 years old since he was 25 and still does, how Dick Nourse sounds like what Mount Rushmore would sound like if it could talk.
